You choose your grill, add a side dish and sauce, served against the stunning tranquil scenery of the hotel’s Muri beach lagoon.

The Reef & Beef mouth-watering dish, which combines juicy ribeye steak with juicy king prawns topped with partisan butter, is ideal for those with a hearty appetite.

This tender and juicy steak is known for its rich flavour and marbling and the thin white streaks and flecks of fat inside the steak adds to the meat’s juiciness, tenderness and texture.

The meal was simply divine, the 300-gram ribeye fillet was grilled perfectly medium rare (as ordered), soft and tender and the succulent king prawns were just delicious.

After days of streaming rain, the weather had settled beautifully on Sunday.

The gentle and calming sea and the warm glow of the setting sun was soothing and relaxing.

Sipping on a vigorous frozen margarita as the evening rolled in with clear dark skies revealing twinkling clusters of stars, the setting was magical.

Service from the gentle and polite staff was wonderful, adding to the wonderful ambience of the evening.

The Sunday Grill Night Menu also features: Reef - six king prawns topped with lemon butter or the catch of the day, Chicken Honey BBQ marinated chicken thigh fillet, Beef 200 grams or 300 grams; vegetarian sides, garlic bread, fries, wedges, sautéed vegetables, coleslaw or a tossed green salad.
