76-34 thrashing by Titikaveka

Monday 30: The Titikaveka netball premiers have continued their unbeaten run, after accounting for neighbours Ngatangiia/Matavera 76-34 at Muri on Saturday.

Despite the rain on Saturday, games were still played in round seven of the Rarotonga netball competition.

In other premier matches Tupapa held on to its second position on the premier table after defeating Arorangi, while Takuvaine scored a 59-42 win to keep Avatiu winless.

Results from weekend matches are:

Ngatangiia/Matavera vs Titikaveka; premier 34-76; all grades except open 2 were won by Titikaveka.

Avatiu vs Takuvaine (Avatiu scores first); premier 42-59; reserve 46-16; open 1 19-21; open 2 27-24; 19 under 29-26; 16 under 9-6; 14 under 20-9; 12 under 9-3; 10 under 15-2.
